Hey City Zen!

Back on GMT! I have been offline on travel and work. My right ear popped over the big pond, and now I am dropping antibiotics... I can't get my Zen on -- no beats allowed on my ear drum for the time being... Please someone channel some grooves into my brain...

I am happy to be in Portugal. Had a fab family weekend on the banks of the Rio Zêzere... Great food, great company, slowly re-charging....
