Arlington
Greetings from the heart of the military-industrial complex. How appropriate to go to bed with a new release by bin laden, watching the horrendous Nancy Grace scare the crap out of everybody with the latest sick murder, and reading this month's James Walcott on Vanity Fair: "through a lens, darkly".
I do love DC and its Imperial landscape. Its vibe and Walcott's article made me think that Eisenhower may have been the last great American President: "God help this country when someone sits at this desk who doesn't know as much about the military as I do".
